Start the weekend off right
Dinner: more shit…
Bad days= bad eating habits. I need to learn not to stress eat. I need to learn to do other things than eat. ughhhhhhhhhhh Tomorrow is another day.
Breakfast: Special K English muffing thingy with ham and egg
Snack: a handfull of trail mix
Lunch: Subway turkey w/avocado veggies and light mayo, chips
Dinner: Sushi and Grapes and Hummus
Snack: breadstick and cookies
Exercise: Elliptical 30 mins, running everywhere around campus
I have been putting off getting back on track for a whole month. I know I’ve gained weight, and that sucks. The only thing I can do is start again. Thankfully I’m going to give myself a challenge and start recording what I eat again, and I’m going to blog about it for real. This is actually going to turn into a blog. I’m kind of excited, but at the same time I’m sorry for all the text posts you’ll get on your dash. If you’re interested, message me and maybe we can work on this together. :)
I did NOT want to work out. I was tired, groggy, and it was Friday. I did not want to work out. BUT I forced myself to do 30 Day Shred, I walked to work, and then I did my abs and squats challenge. My body was like UGHHHHH the entire time.
But, I did it.
That’s the moral of the story: There are days when you want to lounge about, eat a hamburger, and just forget about working hard. Some days you should do that because maybe you need a rest, but on the days when you know you should work out - do it.
Your body will thank you later. :)
This bikini is at target… I want this so bad! Well, I guess it’s time to get at it then.

All together a great workout today!! I’m so pumped for the rest of the week! I have to eat healthy this week so I can chow down on Olive Garden with the boyfriend. Whoopie!!!
